摘　　要：廉政文化建设滞后,高校自主权力膨胀,监管机制缺位,财务管理不透明,激励机制失当,是造成高校腐败窝案频发的主要原因。防治高校腐败,必须坚持教育引导、制度规范、监管防控和惩治震慑,走综合治理的道路。The main causes for the frequent appearance of corruption gangs in universities are the hysteretic construction of clean governance culture, the expansion of universities＇ independent power, the absence of supervision mechanism, the non- transparent financial management and the improper incentive mechanism. To prevent and control corruption in universities, a comprehensive appreaeh concerning education, guidance, reformation, supervision, protection and punishment should be adopted.
