小型钛板坚固内固定技术治疗下颌骨骨折51例报告

摘　　要：目的:评价小型钛板坚固内固定技术治疗下颌骨骨折的临床疗效。方法:选取我院2009年1月-2011年12月收治的102例下颌骨骨折患者,随机均分为两组,试验组采用小型钛板坚固内固定技术进行治疗,对照组采用外切口内固定技术进行治疗,对比两组患者疗效。结果:与对照组比较,试验组患者平均住院与骨折愈合时间均明显缩短P<0.05,且试验组治疗有效率高达92.16%,明显高于对照组74.51%的治疗有效率P<0.05。结论:小型钛板坚固内固定技术在下颌骨骨折的治疗中效果显著,可于临床推广应用。Objective：To evaluate of the clinical efficacy of the treatment of small titanium plate rigid internal fixation techniques for mandibular fracture.Methods：Selected 102 cases of patients with mandibular fracture admitted to our hospital,randomly and average divided into two groups,the test group received small titanium plate rigid internal fixation techniques for treatment,the control group received outside incision inside fixation technology for treatment,compared the efficacy of two group patients.Results：Compared with the control group,the average length of hospital stay and fracture healing time of the test group patients is much shorter P〈0.05,and the treatment efficiency of the test group was up to 92.16%,significant higher than the efficiency of 74.51% of the control group P〈0.05.Conclusion：The treatment of small titanium plate rigid internal fixation techniques for mandibular fracture is effective,can be used in clinical application.
