摘　　要：目的探讨急诊内镜下套扎对肝硬化食管静脉曲张破裂出血的安全性及临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2008年1月至2011年12月间接受单纯食管静脉曲张套扎术(EVE)治疗46例患者的临床资料,观察其疗效、再出血率及并发症。结果 46例急诊止血成功43例,静脉曲张总体消失26例,1年内再出血15例,部分患者术后出现轻度的胸骨后烧灼样不适及吞咽困难,可自行缓解,无严重并发症发生。结论单纯套扎治疗曲张静脉创伤小、成功率高、安全、有效且并发症少,能有效控制活动性食管静脉出血,值得临床推广。Objective To explore emergent endoscopic ligation in the treatment of esophageal variceal bleeding in liver cirrhosis ： safety and effectiveness. Methods A retrospective analysis of 2008 January to 2011 december accept pure esophageal variceal ligation （EVE） in treatment of 46 cases of patients with clinical data, to observe its efficacy, the rebleeding rate and complications. Results 46 cases of emergent hemostasis successfully in 43 cases, varicose veins generally disappeared in 26 cases, in 1 years hemorrhage 15 cases, par- tial patients after mild retrosternal burning discomfort and difficulty swallowing, and relieve itself, no serious complications occurred. Conclusion Simple ligation in treatment of varicose vein of small trauma, high suc- cess rate, safe, effective and less complications, it can effectively control the activity of the esophagus venous bleeding, worthy of clinical application.
