胶托式和铸钛支架式可摘局部义齿与老年患者根龋关系的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察老年患者经分别戴用胶托式可摘局部义齿和铸钛支架式可摘局部义齿后基牙及余留牙患根龋发病率。方法对32例肯氏Ⅰ、Ⅱ类牙列缺损的老年患者分别制作18例胶托式可摘局部义齿和14例铸钛支架式可摘局部义齿,并对戴用前和使用2年后的基牙及余留牙进行根面龋观察。结果戴用铸钛支架义齿、胶托义齿两年后的根龋指数(root caries index,RCI)分别是4.1%、7.4%,(P<0.05)。结论使用铸钛支架式可摘局部义齿有利于降低老年患者基牙和余留牙根面龋坏。Objective To compare the incidences of root caries in the abutment and remaining teeth in elder patients wearing acrylic removable partial denture and titanium casting framework denture. Methods 32 elderly patients with Kennedy I or II dentition defect were collected. 18 of them wore acrylic removable partial demure and the other 14 wore titanium casting framework denture. The incidences of root caries in the abutment and remaining teeth were analysised before and 2 years after the wear of denture. Results The root caries index （RCI） were 7.4% and 4. 1% （ P 〈 0. 05 ） respectively in elder patients wearing acrylic removable partial den- ture and casting framework denture. Conchmion For elderly patients, using the casting framework denture may lower the root caries in abutment and remaining teeth.
