摘　　要：民国时期的大学实行自主命题、自主招生,有利于各大学选拔符合本校特色的优秀人才。1932年清华大学入学考试,因为其国文试题采用了对对子,在全国范围内引起很大反响,实际上这反映了考试内容对考试选才的深刻影响。当今大学的自主招生考试,一定要在内容与形式上加强创新,从而有助于人才选拔。Universities of the Republican period implemented independent recruitment policies to select students. In 1932, a nationwide sensation was caused because antithetical couplets were used in Tsinghua University entrance examination. In fact, this reflected a profound impact of examination contents on talent selection. Innovation of contents and forms must be strengthened in today＇s university independent recruitment to improve talent selection system.
