摘　　要：针对地方高校工科学生基础知识和能力水平的现状,以及社会对人才需求的多样性特点,开展工科专业应用型人才培养模式改革研究。探讨了课程体系、实践环节培养模式的改革及特点。结合地方性高校的实际,提出了强化工程实践能力培养的思路以及建立工科应用型人才培养模式的保障条件,试图为地方性高校工科专业办学提供参考。In view of the status que of the basic knowledge and ability of engineering students in local universities and the diversified social needs for talents, the mode of cultivating application-oriented engineering talents was studied and the plan for the reform of the curriculum and practical training was discussed. Taken into consideration, the reality of local universities, the idea for enforcing the cultivation of practical competence of students and the guarantee for the establishment of the cultivation mode for application-oriented engineering talents was proposed, in an attempt to provide reference for other universities of the same kind.
