高校基层党组织创先争优活动载体的有效设计与实践

摘　　要：载体设计是否合理是保证创先争优活动能否取得实效的关键,也是能否实现活动总体目标的关键。在理清相关概念的基础上,提出创建活动对加强高校基层党组织建设的意义,着重指出创先争优活动载体设计存在的问题,进而提出活动载体的设计思路,提出了实践活动载体的有效路径,为高校扎实推进创先争优活动、增强创先争优活动实效提供参考。The reasonable design of carriers is the key to the effectiveness of the activities of competing for ex- cellence and the key to the achievement of the overall goal of the activities. On the basis of a clear understanding of the related concepts, this paper points out the significance of such activities for strengthening the construction of col- legesp grass-roots Party organizations, focuses on the problems that exist in the design of activity carriers, and then puts forwards the approach of the design and the effective path to the practical activity carriers, thus providing refer- ence for advancing the activities of competing for excellence and enhancing their effectiveness.
