铁路客车的车内热响应的数值研究

摘  要:为了减少铁路客车在载客前的空调预冷(热)时间,有必要对车厢内的热响应特性进行研究。针对铁路客车的车体围护结构特点,建立了车内热平衡方程与围护结构导热微分方程的耦合数学模型,用该数学模型对高速铁路客车与普通铁路客车的车厢热响应进行模拟。研究结果表明:数值模拟结果与实验结果基本吻合,表明用该数学模型来模拟铁路客车车厢内热响应是可行的;用数值模拟来部分代替试验,可以降低列车设计费用,从而选出一种较好的车厢隔热材料。In order to reduce the time of air - conditioning railway car preheat (precooling), it is necessary to con- duct the research the compartment internal heat response characteristic. In view of the chassis enclosure character- istic of high - speed railway carL, the coupling to the vehicle internal heat balance equation and the enclosure heat conduction differential equation were studied, and the comparison with the ordinary railway car was carried out. The results show that the numerical results are in agreement with experimental results. Using numerical simulation instead of test in designing train can reduce costs, and a better compartment insulation materials can be elected.
