目标导向的多元动态“KSCQ”人才培养模式研究——以天津职业技术师范大学应用心理学专业为例

摘　　要：在调查研究的基础上,依据目标导向理论,确立KSCQ(知识、技能、特色、质量)人才培养目标,其中的行为目标导向教师,生成性目标导向学生,表现性目标导向社会;强调以学生为本,注重专业设置和教学内容的本土化,构建了由学科基础模块、专业方向模块、技能拓展模块3部分课程体系构成的多元化人才培养体系;采用行动研究方法,根据社会需求预测进行动态化专业方向调整,以提高应用心理学人才培养质量。On the basis of the research, according to the goal-oriented theory, KSCQ （knowledge,skills, characteristics, quality ）personnel training objectives is established, in which the behavioral goals orient teachers, generative goals orient students, performance goals orient society; and emphasize student-centeredness ,focusing on professional settings and teaching content localization, constructed by the disciplinary foundation module, professional direction module, skills development module three-part curriculum system constitutes a diversified personnel training system; by using action research methods, according to the needs of society predicts dynamic professional reorientation, to improve the quality of personnel training of applied psychology.
