基于皖江产业转移的农村剩余劳动力转移路径分析

摘　　要：以皖北地区农村剩余劳动力为研究对象,以相关劳动力转移理论为依据,分析了皖北地区现有农村劳动力转移路径———异地转移和就地转移模式存在的局限性。基于此,提出以下建议:目前皖北地区农村剩余劳动力适宜以"皖江产业转移"为契机,采取省内转移和农业内部转移为内容的"就地转移"模式。Taking the rural surplus manpower of Northern in Anhui as the research object, and relevant labor transfer theories as the basis, it analyzes the limitations of the current paths： the transfer to other regions and within the region of Northern in Anhui and proposes that at present rural surplus manpower should put the province interior transfer and agricultural interior transfer as main paths that is the transfer within the region,which bases on the opportunity of Wanjiang industrial transfer.
