摘　　要：以新疆为例,意在探讨民族地方经济和社会跨越式发展的政策,简单叙述了该地区的社会经济发展现状及其发展优势和瓶颈,对如何促进该地区跨越式发展进行了详细地探究和政策思考。the author in this paper is intended to explore the local social and economic development policy. Taking Xinjiang as an example, the author simply describes of the regional social economic development status, development advantages and bottlenecks, and analyzes how to promote the area spans type development carried out a detailed research and policy thoughts.
