摘　　要：上颌窦提升术是解决上颌后牙区骨量不足的常规方法,但与之相伴随的一系列并发症可能会影响种植治疗的效果,因此正确的预防和处理这些并发症对于增加种植体的长期成功率有重要的作用。本文将从系统性疾病及不良习惯、上颌窦解剖结构和病变、手术操作和感染、种植修复设计等几个方面对上颌窦提升术的影响因素进行综述。Sinus augmentation is a common procedure to improve vertical height that allows for proper implant placement in areas with previous limited residual bone height. Like any surgical procedures, there is always risk of encountering a series of complications which may influence the effect of treatment. Thus, proper prevention and management to these complications are important for the long term success rate of the implants. This paper presents an overview of sinus augmentation complications from the following aspects： systemic disease and bad habit; sinus anatomy and pathology; surgical procedure and infection：prosthetic design.
