试论政府在高职院校师资队伍建设中的“主导”作用

摘　　要：高等职业教育作为推动经济发展、促进就业、改善民生、解决"三农"问题的重要途径,担负提高劳动者素质和大部分专门人才的培养任务,师资队伍是完成这一任务的关键因素,加强师资队伍建设,政府的主导作用起着至关重要作用,本文从职业教育客观需求、范畴二个方面论述了政府在高职师资队伍建设中主导作用的发挥。As an important way to promote economic development ＆employment and improve people＇s liveli- hood and solve the problems facing agriculture, rural areas and farmers, higher vocational education plays an important role in improving the quality of workers and training most of the specialized personnel, and teaching staff is a key factor to accomplish this task. The government plays a vital role in the construction of teaching staff of higher vocational education. The paper discussed the leading role of government in terms of the objective needs and domain of vocational education.
