清幽颗粒对小儿幽门螺杆菌感染性胃肠疾病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察清幽颗粒治疗小儿幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染性胃肠疾病的疗效。方法将符合纳入标准的60例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各30例。对照组予阿莫西林、甲硝唑、奥美拉唑(洛塞克)治疗;治疗组予清幽颗粒治疗,两组疗程均为2周。治疗结束后比较两组患者疗效及症状积分,2周后比较两组患者Hp转阴率。结果两组治疗前、后临床症状均有改善,症状总积分均明显下降(P<0.01);治疗后,治疗组腹痛、恶心呕吐、食欲下降改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.01);两组症状总积分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组Hp转阴情况比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论清幽颗粒治疗Hp感染性胃肠疾病疗效确切。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of qingyou granules on helicobacter pylori （Hp） infectious gastrointestinal disease in children. Methods 60 cases in compliance with the inclusive cri- teria were randomized into a treatment group and a control group ,30 cases in each one. In the control group, amoxicillin, metronidazole and omeprazole（Losec） were prescribed in treatment. In the treatment group, qingy- ou granules were prescribed. The duration of treatment was 2 weeks in both groups. At the end of treatment, the efficacy and symptom score were compared between two groups. In 2 weeks,Hp negative conversion ratio was compared between two groups. Results In both groups, the clinical symptoms were relieved after treat- ment and the total symptom score was all reduced apparently as compared with that before treatment（P 〈 0. 0 1）. After treatment, the improvements in abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting and poor appetite in the treatment group were obviously superior to the control group（ P 〈 0.01 ）. The difference in the total symptom score was significant between two groups statistically （ P 〈 0. O1 ）. The difference in Hp negative conversion ratio was significant between two groups statistically （ P 〈0. 01）. Conclusion Qingyou granules achieve the definite efficacy on Hp infectious gastrointestinal disease.
