奥威尔脱敏剂治疗牙本质过敏症的临床疗效评价

摘　　要：目的评价奥威尔脱敏剂治疗牙本质过敏症的临床疗效。方法将80例牙本质过敏症患者完全随机分为试验组和对照组2组。试验组90颗患牙用奥威尔脱敏剂治疗，对照组88颗患牙用极固宁脱敏剂治疗，分别观察试验组和对照组的即刻、1个月、3个月后疗效，并进行统计学分析。结果试验组即刻显效53颗、有效30颗，对照组分别42颗、38颗；试验组治疗后1个月显效50颗、有效32颗，对照组分别30颗、44颗；试验组治疗后3个月显效46颗、有效34颗，对照组分别27颗、40颗；试验组即刻及治疗后1个月、3个月治疗总有效率分别为92．2％（83／90）、91．1％（82／90）、88．9％（80／90），对照组分别为90．9％（80／88）、84．1％（74／88）、76．1％（67／88）。2组治疗后即刻及治疗后1个月疗效差异无统计学意义，治疗后3个月疗效差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论奥威尔脱敏剂能有效缓解牙本质过敏症患者牙本质过敏症状，且奥威尔脱敏剂的远期效果优于极固宁脱敏剂。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of oravive treating tooth hypersensitivity. Methods Eighty patients with teeth hypersensitivity were divided into two groups randomly. Ninety teeth were treated with oravive （test group） ; other 88 teeth were treated by GreenTM （control group）. Clinical evaluations were repeated one and three months after product use. Results The effective teeth in test group immediately after treatment was 83, and 80 teeth were effective in control group ;the effective teeth in test group one-month after treatment was 82, and 74 teeth were effective in control group, the effective cases in test group three-month after treatment was 80 teeth, and 67 teeth were effective in control group. The total effective rates of immediate treatment, one and three months after treatment in test group were 92. 2% （83/90）, 91.1% （82/90） and 88.9% （80/90） respectively, and those of control group were 90. 9% （80/88）, 84. 1% （74/88） and 76. 1% （67/88） respectively. Clinical efficacy between the two groups was significantly different at three months after treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Oravive desensitizer can effectively relieve dentin hypersensitivity in patients with symptoms of dentine hypersensitivity, and its long-term effect is better than GreenTMOr＇s.
