摘  要:目的:通过对上颌中切牙瓷贴面的力学特性进行正交实验研究,得出相对合理的瓷贴面设计方案。方法:制作开窗型、对接型、包绕型厚度分别为0.5、0.7、0.9 mm的中切牙瓷贴面复合体,进行正交力学实验研究。结果:加载部位对应力的影响较大,其次是瓷贴面厚度、加载角度,切端设计类型的影响最小;当加载角度为0°、厚度为0.9 mm、加载部位为中1/3时对应力影响最小。结论:正常覆的患者为瓷贴面修复的最佳适应证;瓷贴面厚度对瓷贴面应力分布的影响较大,而瓷贴面切端设计对应力的影响最小。Objective: To provide guidance for relatively reasonable design of porcelain veneer by the orthogonal experiment of the mechanic characteristics of maxillary central incisor. Methods: Window, butt-joint and overlapped maxillary central incisor porcelain veneers with the thickness of 0.5, 0.7 and 0.9 mm were respectively made. Then orthogonal experimental study was conducted. Resuits: Loading station had greater influence on the stress, followed by the thickness of porcelain veneer and loading angle ; incisal design type has the least influence ; the smallest influence on the stress was found under the circumstance of 0° of loading angle, central 1/3 of loading station and 0.9 mm of thickness. Conclusion: Porcelain veneer restoration is feasible for the patients with normal over bite ; the thickness of porcelain veneer is the main influence factor on the stress distribution of veneer complex ; incisal design type is the least influence factor.
