安氏Ⅰ类恒牙女性与父母的牙面特征的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨安氏Ⅰ类恒牙青少年女性在牙面特征与其父母的相似性。方法收集颈椎在Cvs3以上骨龄的126例安氏Ⅰ类恒牙青少年女性的X线头颅侧位定位片,将126例女性随机平分为血缘组和非血缘组,其中63例血缘组同时收集其父母的X线头颅侧位定位片,对X线头颅侧位定位片上反映上下颌骨矢状和垂直向、前牙的角度和线距的19个点16项测量值进行测量,测量结果采用SPSS11.5统计软件分别把血缘组和非血缘组与父亲、母亲组的16个变量进行相关性统计学分析、比较。结果安氏Ⅰ类恒牙青少年女性血缘组16项测量值中FH-NP、MP/FH、Ul-NA(mm)、Ul-NA角、U1/L1、U1-SN、Y轴与母亲组相关(r在0.282～0.490间),在NA/PA、Ul-NA(mm)、Ll-NB(mm)、Ll-NB角、U1/L1、MP/SN、MP/FH、U1-SN和L1/MP与父亲组相关(r在0.291～0.476间),而非血缘组16项测量值与父亲、母亲组均无相关性。结论安氏Ⅰ类恒牙青少年女性子女与父母在X线头颅侧位片上反映的许多牙颌特征具有相似性,与父母组相似的方面有所差异,与母亲组在面部生长方向(Y轴)的相关性最高,与父亲组在下前牙相对于下颌骨的倾斜度(L1/MP)的相关性最高。Objective To understand the consistency of skeletal,dental and occlusal characteristics of females of Angle＇s class Ⅰ and their parents.Methods Cephalograms were collected from 126 females of Angle＇s class Ⅰ and 63 parents from 63 females of Angle＇s class Ⅰrandomly from the orthodontic clinic.Quantitative Cervical Vertebras of 126 females were above three.Sixteen measurements were obtained from cephalograms,which described the essential components of craniofacial skeleton,occlusion and teeth.The result were analyzed by SPSS 11.5 statistical package.Results Skeletal,dental and occlusal characteristics of females of Angle＇s class Ⅰof sibship＇group had correlated with their mother＇s group in FH-NP、MP/FH、Ul-NA（mm）、Ul-NA angle、U1/L1、U1-SN and Y axis（r is 0.282～0.490）,and they had correlated with their father＇s group in NA/PA、Ul-NA（mm）、Ll-NB（mm）、Ll-NB angle、U1/L1、MP/SN、MP/FH、 U1-SN and L1/MP（r is 0.291～0.476）.Conclusion Skeletal,dental and occlusal characteristics in cephalograms among females of Angle＇s classⅠand their parents were similar in some aspects,and these similar aspects had difference between their parents.The most consistency of them was in Y axis between females of Angle＇s class Ⅰand their mother＇s group,The most consistency of them was in L1/MP between females of Angle＇s classⅠand their father＇s group.
