摘　　要：介绍了大型仪器设备在独立学院应用型人才培养中发挥的作用。探讨了通过加强相关人员大型仪器的技能培训,调整实验教学结构,采取科研与实验教学相融合,加强校企合作交流等方面的科学管理来加强大型仪器设备的开发与应用以及合理的资源共享。Large - scale instruments and equipments playing a role in training applied talent in the independent colleges that was introduced. Development and application of the large - scale instruments were strengthened and the resource reasonable shared through the aspects of scientific management, including skills training of large instruments, the adjust- ment of experimental teaching structure, the integration between scientific research and experiment teaching and cooperative communication.
