改良保留灌肠法在溃疡性结肠炎治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨改良保留灌肠法治疗溃疡性结肠炎的效果。方法:将30例溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各15例。对照组采用传统保留灌肠法,观察组采用改良灌肠方法,观察2组效果。结果:观察组灌肠液在肠内保留时间及治疗效果均优于对照组(P<0.01),住院时间与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:改良保留灌肠法效果确切,用物简单经济,易于操作和掌握,患者满意度高。Objective：To investigate the effects of retention enema modified on ulcerative colitis. Methods：Thirty patients withulcerative colitis were randomly divided into observation group（ 15 cases） and control group（ 15 cases）. The control group were treated with traditional retention enema and the observation group with retention enema modified. The therapeutic effects of two groups were observed. Results ：The retention time and therapeutic efficacy of rectal solution in observation group were better than that of the control group（P 〈 0.01 ）. The hospital stays of two groups had not statistical significance （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusions： Therapeutic efficacy of retention enema modified is good, and which is simple, economy, patient satisfaction. The method can be easily mastered and operated.
