摘　　要：与日本人的商务往来中,跨文化交流能力不可或缺,本文试从日本外教与学生的文化冲突案例出发,浅析如何培养提高学生对日跨文化交流能力。In the commercial communication with Japanese,the ability of cross-cultural communication ability is inevitable.Attempting from the cultural conflicts between Japanese foreign teachers and students,this paper analyzes how to cultivate and improve students＇ cross-cultural communication ability.
