摘  要:目的观察大鼠正畸牙移动过程中血小板衍生生长因子-AA(PDGF-AA)在牙周组织内的表达变化,探讨PDGF-AA在正畸牙周组织改建中的作用。方法取健康成年雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为对照组、牙齿移动1、7、14、21天组,每组8只。建立大鼠正畸牙移动动物模型,用免疫组织化学方法检测牙周组织中PDGF-AA的表达。结果大鼠牙周组织中PDGF-AA表达阳性,主要表达在成纤维细胞、成骨细胞、血管内皮细胞胞浆内,实验组强于对照组,在同一实验组中,张力侧的表达均较压力侧强,加力7天为表达的高峰期。结论 PDGF-AA在正畸牙移动的牙周组织改建中起重要作用,主要参与了成骨活动。Objective To observe the expression and distribution of platelet-derived growth tactor AA in the periapex during experimental tooth movement,and analyze the role of PDGF-AA in orthodontic tooth movement, so that we could make more realization about the variety of orthodontic teeth movement. In order to provide reference support for oral clinic employment. Methods Healthy male wistar rats were divided randomly into 1,7,14,21 days group after their teeth had been removed relative to control. Each group had eight. Orthodontic appliances was placed between the maxillary right firstmolars and maxillary central incisors of adult Wistar rat. Immunohistochemical and image analyses were performed at 0,1,7,14,21 days after orthodontic force application. Results The expression of PDGF-AA in the experimental groups enhance aply compared with that in the control group. 1 day after the experimental movement, the expression of PDGF-AA. On 7 day,it reached peak level. PDGF-AA was expressed in fibroblasts, osteoblasts and vascular endothelial cell. Conclusion PDGF-AA participate in the periapex, remodeling of orthodontic tooth movement, could promote bone formation.
