摘　　要：目的研究乙酰肝素酶-2(Hpa-2)在结肠癌组织中的表达及其与各临床病理因素的相关性。方法采用免疫组化检测结肠癌组织和癌旁正常结肠组织中Hpa-2蛋白表达情况。结果结肠癌组织中Hpa-2蛋白表达阳性率高于癌旁组织,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结肠癌临床分期越高,阳性表达率越高;分化程度越高,阳性表达率越低;Hpa-2表达在有淋巴结转移组中明显高于无淋巴结转移组(P均<0.05)。结论 Hpa-2在结肠癌的进展中起着重要作用,可作为判断大肠癌恶性程度的指标。Objective To explore the expression of Heparanase-2 （Hpa-2） protein in colorectal carcinoma and its relation to clinicopathologie features. Methods The Hpa-2 protein levels were detected in 40 patients of eolorectal carcinoma by immunohistochemistry. Results The positive expression rates of Hpa-2 in colorectal carci- noma were significantly higher than those in adjacent normal tissues （P〈0.05）. The positive expression of Hpa-2 was associated with TNM stage and lymptmode metastasis. Conclusion Hpa-2 may play a role in the carcinogenesis of colorectla carcinoma.
