摘　　要：本文认为在新贸易理论中 ,规模经济的概念是十分重要的 ,因此从其动态性、与专业化的关系以及其外部性三方面来认识规模经济 。The author holds that,in the new theory of trade, the concept of the economy of scale is very important.The paper deals with the economy of scale in its moving state, its relation with specialization and its externalities, and also discusses the realities of today.
