“教授治校”与“教授治学”的理性思辨

摘　　要：目前,随着我国高校管理体制的不断改革,民主观念逐渐深入人心,"教授治校"和"教授治学"理念都得到了不同程度的发展。基于现行高校领导体制和大学的实践探索,"教授治学"理念更适合我国高等教育现状,应该从制度建设、组织建设、个体激励等角度,正确处理书记、校长、教授之间的关系,依法保障教授学术自由,充分发挥教授委员会的作用,不断完善"党委领导、校长负责、教授治学、民主管理"的现代大学制度架构。At present, along with continuous reform of our country college management system, the concept of democracy gradually win support among the people, ＂professor governance＂ and ＂professor schoolarship＂ concepts have been varying degrees of development. Based on the current college leadership system and university practice exploration, professor research is more suitable for the present condition of our country＇s higher education, and we should correctly handle the relationship between secretary, president and professor, protect professors＇ academic freedom in accordance with the law, give full play to the role of professor committee, constantly develop the modern university system architecture of ＂party leadership, principal responsibility, professor schoolarship and democratic management＂ from the aspects of system construction, organization construction, individual incentive, etc.
