摘　　要：在不少高校教务管理系统的使用过程中,软硬件设备不足、教学管理制度不完善、教务管理队伍不稳定等不利因素影响了系统的高效运行,需根据学校实际情况采取相应对策,才能充分发挥教务管理系统的效能。The process of using the educational administration management system in many colleges and u- niversities, some adverse factors influence the system＇s efficient operation, which hardware and software e- quipment is shortage, teaching management system is not perfect, and the management team is not stable and so on. According to the actual situation of colleges, the corresponding countermeasures should be adopted in order to bring into full play the efficiency of educational administration system.
