摘　　要：乳业链是典型的复杂网络系统,从复杂网络理论视角下研究我国乳业危机的根源更具客观性、有效性和实践意义。从对我国乳业供应链网络结构,以及乳制品生产各环节社会责任风险来源和表现形式等方面进行分析,表明我国乳业供应链网络结构中少数包装材料节点具有极高的度,这是造成我国乳业安全问题产生的结构性根源;而风险在乳业供应链网络中传导具有的转换性、反馈性、非线性性、乘数效应等动力学特性导致了我国乳业安全问题的涌现。因此必须优化乳业供应链网络结构,并从多方面、多角度建立系统的乳业社会责任一体化管理机制。The dairy industry chain is a typical complex networks system. Analyzing the cause of China＇s dairy industry crisis from the perspective of complex networks theory will make the results more objective, effective and practical. Studied in terms of networks structure and sources of social responsibility in the various production links of our dairy products, our supply chain networks structure shows that a small number of packa^ng mater/als node has a very high degree. This is the structural cause of the industry＇s security issues And risk conduction throughout the networks manifest characteristics of transformation, feedback, complexity, nonlinearity, multiplier effect, all of which lead to securities breaches. Therefore, it is necessary to optimize the dairy supply chain network structure, and install a multilateral and multi-dimension managing mechanism that integrates social responsibility.
