摘 要:为了提高挖掘机液压系统的操控性和节能性,采用电比例泵和电比例多路阀同步、开环控制方式的电液流量匹配控制系统.以2t挖掘机试验样机为研究对象,分析基于与负载压力无关的流量分配(LUDV)多路阀的电液流量匹配控制系统的结构原理和特点,建立基于Adams和AMEsim的挖掘机机液联合仿真模型;以LUDV负载敏感系统为对比研究对象,通过挖掘机动臂和铲斗复合动作,仿真与试验分析电液流量匹配控制系统的稳定、响应和节能性,并进行挖掘机流量饱和和典型挖掘工况的试验研究.结果表明:仿真与试验结果吻合较好,验证仿真模型的准确性,仿真模型可用于进一步理论研究;与LUDV负载敏感系统相比,基于LUDV多路阀的电液流量匹配控制系统改善了系统的稳定性和响应性,压力裕度减小了0.9~1 MPa,提高系统的节能性.通过典型挖掘工况对整机能耗进行评估,与LUDV负载敏感系统相比,电液流量匹配控制系统系统压力裕度降低了1MPa,节能达12%.In order to obtain an advanced operation performance and an improved energy efficiency of hydraulic systems in excavators, electrohydraulie flow matching control (EHMC) systems were introduced, which worked in a synchronous of electro-proportional valves and electro-proportional pumps and open-loop control mode. The principle and characteristics of EHMC systems based on LUDV multi- way valve were analyzed in the experimental prototype of 2 t excavtor. A co-simulation model was built based on AMEsim and Adams. Compared with the LUDV load-sensing (LS) system, the stability, response and energy-saving performance of the EHMC system were investigated in compound action mode of boom and bucket by simulation and experiment. The working conditions of flow saturation and typical excavating were researched experimently. The simulated results are in accordance with the experimental results. It shows that the model is correct. Compared with the LUDV LS system, the systemic performance of dynamic response and stability are improved. The pressure margin of the EHMC system is reduced by more than 0.9-1 MPa, and energy efficiency is improved. The experimental results show that the LUDV EHMC system reduces the pressure margin by about 1 MPa, and 12% of energy-saving performance is achieved, compared with the LUDV LS system in typical excavating test mode.
