摘　　要：从当前新建地方高校图书馆馆藏资源紧缺实际出发,对地方高校图书馆开展图书寄存的可行性进行了论证,提出了采取分散管理和集中管理的实施对策。Starting from the reality of collection resources shortage in newly-built local university libraries, this paper proves the feasibility of carrying out the books consignation in local university libraries, and puts forward the implementation countermeasures for adopting the decentralized management and centralized management.
