摘 要:开展羊栖菜不同品系在北方海区培苗试验和不同种苗培育方式研究,结果表明:幼苗可以在北方海区渡夏培育成为羊栖菜栽培的种苗,到10月下旬达到苗种的规格,返回浙江海区下海养成,具有良好的产业前景.The seedlings of Sargassum fusiforme with different strain and different strata of cultivation was introduced into northern sea area. In this paper, the ecological effect is studied using experimental measures, and growth and attachment are closely observed. The results show that the seedling can grow fairly well in the designated regions from summer until late October. The seedlings can meet technical specifications and commercial requirements, so they are placed in the sea area in Zhejiang for cultivation purposes. The breeding technology applied in the South sea area has been disseminated, which has become one of the key technologies for Sargassum fusiforme culture nationwide.
