摘　　要：要保证企业技术联盟评估的科学性和客观性 ,关键是要根据企业技术联盟的特点建立评估指标体系 ,评估指标是评估企业技术联盟的基准和依据。评估指标可以分为效益指标、成本指标和风险指标三大类。The key to ensure the evaluation of the technological union of enterprises to be scientific and objective, is to establish the system of evaluation index according to the characteristics of the technological union. The evaluation index is the standard and baris to evaluate the technological union of exterprise. The evalution index system can be divided into three classes efficiency index, cost index and risk. One must well deal with the related prollems when evaluating.
