东莞IT产业集群的转型升级研究——基于新产业区理论的视角

摘　　要：金融危机之后,在国外订单大幅减少的情况下,许多出口导向型的产业集群开始了产业的转型升级。尤其是在珠三角,这一趋势更加明显。从新产业区理论的角度分析东莞IT产业集群的空间集聚现象,从企业间网络化、柔性生产、企业间学习的经常性等最能体现新产业区特征的方面对东莞IT产业区进行研究,从新产业区理论角度出发对东莞IT产业区产业的转型升级发展提出了建议和对策。Quite a few export oriented Industries, especially those around ＂the Pearl River Delta＂, have began the transformation and upgra- ding due to considerably decreasing foreign orders since the financial crisis of 1997. The paper, through the perspective of new industrial zones, an- alyzes the phenomenon of the spatial agglomeration of Dongguan IT industrial cluster and makes a research on the aspects of enterprise network, flexible production and recurrent learning between enterprises and meantime puts forward certain countermeasures and suggestions for its transforma- tion and ungrading and development.
