摘　　要：经济发展与成人教育是辩证关系。北部湾经济区开发开放可以刺激当地成人教育发展,成人教育可为北部湾经济区建设培养紧缺人才,创建良好建设环境。但成人教育要更好地服务于北部湾经济区开发开放,成为名符其实人才成长的摇篮,在北部湾经济区建设发挥应有的作用,需要积极引导,规范管理,采用适当的发展模式,需要主动与北部湾发展需求相适应。Economic growth and adult education are to discriminate relation. The Beibu Gulf economic zone development opening to the world being able to stimulate local adult education. Adult education can provide fine environment in training short--sup- plied talent for Beibu Gulf economice zone. But adult education needs to serve Beibu Gulf economic zone exploitation better o- pening to the world, cradle becoming talented person worthy of the name growing up, economic zone construction brings the due effect into play, needs active guidance, standard administration in Beibu Gulf, adopt the appropriate development pattern, need to fit in with Beibu Gulf development need appearance on self＇s own initiative.
