摘 要:以四川省主产烟区的烟叶样品为研究对象,采用相关分析、通径分析及逐步回归分析方法,研究了烟叶颜色与主要化学成分间的关系。结果表明:总糖含量对颜色分值的直接影响最大,其次为钾和还原糖含量,这3个因子对烤烟颜色分值的影响均是正向的;总氮、烟碱和氯含量对烤烟颜色分值均有较大的负向的间接影响。逐步回归分析结果显示,烟叶总糖和钾含量是影响颜色分值的主要因子。The relationship between the colour and main chemical components of flue - cured tobacco leaf samples from the main production areas of Sichuan province was studied through correlation analysis, path analysis and stepwise regression analysis. The resuits revealed that the content of total sugar had the greatest direct influence on the color score, followed by potassium content and reducing sugar content. The above 3 factors had positive impact on tobacco colour score. While the content of total nitrogen, nicotine and chlorine had greater negative indirect influence on color score. Stepwise regression analysis showed that the total sugar content and potassium content in tobacco leaves were the main factors affecting the color score.
