摘　　要：目的探讨乳腺癌转移抑制基因1(BRMS1)mRNA在直肠癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法应用RT-PCR法检测80例直肠癌组织及其40例癌旁正常黏膜组织中BRMS1 mRNA的表达。结果 BRMS1 mRNA在直肠癌中低表达(0.467±0.045),在癌旁组织中呈高表达(0.991±0.054),两者相比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。直肠癌组织中BRMS1 mRNA的表达水平与直肠癌患者年龄、性别无关(P>0.05),与直肠癌患者的组织分化、淋巴结转移和临床分期有关(P<0.05)。结论BRMS1 mRNA在直肠癌中低表达,且其低表达可能与直肠癌的临床分期、病理分化以及淋巴结转移有关。Objective To investigate the expression of BRMS1 mRNA in rectal cancer tissue and to evaluate its clinical significance. Methods The expression of BRMS1 mRNAwas examined by using RT - PCR method in 80 rectal cancer tissues and 40 adjacent normal mucosa tissues. Results The expression of BRMS1 mRNA in rectal Cancer tissues （0. 467 ± 0. 045 ） is lower significantly than that in adjacent notarial mucosa tissues （0. 991 ± 0. 054）（ P 〈 0.01 ） . There is no correlation between the expression of BRMS1 mRNA and patient age and sex. （P 〉 0. 05）. There is correlation between the expression of BRMS1 mRNA and the differentiation,lymph node metastasis and clinical stage. （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The expression of BRMS1 mRNA in rectal cancer tissues is lower than that in adjacent normal mucosa tissues. The decrease of BRMS1 mRNA expression may be related to clinical stage and differentiation and lymph node metastasis of rectal cancer.
