晚期恶性肿瘤的放射性粒子植入治疗的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨放射性粒子永久植入治疗晚期恶性肿瘤的方法及疗效。方法回顾性分析82例在CT引导下放射性粒子植入治疗各型恶性肿瘤患者的临床资料。结果 82例患者全部完成粒子植入,无严重并发症发生。随访1～12个月,完全缓解率19.5%(16/82),部分缓解率为70.8%(58/82),无变化1.2%(1/82)例,进展8.5%(7/82),无明显放射相关副作用。结论放射性粒子永久植入治疗恶性肿瘤安全、微创、能明显改善局部症状、全身不良反应小,近期疗效满意。Objective To evaluate the methods andclinical effects of 125I radioactive seed permanent implantation in patients with advanced malignant tumors. Methods Clinical materials of 82 patients with malignant tumors underwent 125I radioactive seed implantation guided by CT were collected. Results A total of 82 patients underwent 125I radioactive seed implantation successfully, no serious complications occurred.. Clinical effects were evaluated after 1 to 12 months later. Among the 82 cases, 19.5% （16/82） had complete recovered , 70.8% （58/82） partial recovered , 1.2% （1/82） kept stable and 8.5% （7/82） had progressive, and all were free from radioactive side effects. Conclusion 125I radioactive seed implantation is a safe, minimally invasive and effective treatment for advanced malignant tumors.
