摘　　要：近年来机器人外科手术系统逐渐被应用于胃肠肿瘤根治术中。机器人手术具有安全性与可行性，能克服传统腹腔镜手术的许多缺点，在胃肠肿瘤根治术中能清扫足够数目的淋巴结，术后并发症发病率较低。但还需长期随访及更多临床随机对照研究来证实机器人外科手术系统在肿瘤近、远期方面的疗效。The application of robotic surgery can provide solutions to the many drawbacks of traditional laparo-scopic surgery. Robotic surgery is a feasible and safe procedure for patients with gastrointestinal tumor. It can har-vest adequate lymph node with low postoperative morbidity. Longer follow-up and further randomized clinical trials are needed to validate the utility and efficacy of this technology in the field of gastrointestinal surgery.
