TACE联合CIK治疗原发性肝癌方案分析

摘　　要：目的探讨对原发性肝癌患者进行肝动脉栓塞化疗(TACE)联合CIK细胞免疫治疗方案的临床价值。方法选取治疗效果明显的1例原发性肝癌病例进行分析,患者于TACE术后2周开始序贯完成3个疗程经肝动脉CIK细胞回输及3个疗程经外周静脉CIK细胞回输,同时对患者各项检查指标进行持续监测。结果 18个月后复查结果显示肝功能未见明显异常,AFP正常,HBV-DNA拷贝降低转阴,机体免疫水平提高,肝脏CT未见复发。结论 TACE联合CIK细胞免疫治疗是一种新型的原发性肝癌综合治疗方法,它在杀伤肿瘤细胞的同时还能明显降低乙肝病毒体内含量,提高机体免疫力,从而阻断致癌因素,对抑制肝癌的复发和转移具有重要意义。Objective To select one typical primary hepatic carcinoma patient treated with TACE combined with cytokine—induced kiler（CIK） cell and explore the best treatment program to hepatic carcinoma patient by TACE combined with CIK cell.Methods 2 weeks after TACE,the patients were given sequentially 3 courses of CIK infusion via the hepatic artery,then another 3 courses of CIK infusion via peripheral venous and monitor the clinic index of patient continuously.Results There were no obvious abnormalities of the patient＇s liver function.AFP was normal,HBV-DNA copy reduced and became negative,immune levels improved,liver CT indicated no recurrence.Conclusion TACE combined with CIK cell is a new way of comprehensive treatment to primary hepatic carcinoma.It can not only kill tumor cells but also significantly reduce the body＇s content of hepatitis B virus,and it can improve immunity,thereby this method can block the carcinogenic factors and inhibit liver cancer recurrence and metastasis.
