复方苦参注射液联合紫杉醇加阿霉素治疗中晚期乳腺癌的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察复方苦参注射液联合紫杉醇加阿霉素方案治疗中晚期乳腺癌的临床疗效、不良反应、临床症状改善率及生活质量改善情况。方法将40例中晚期乳腺癌患者随机分为复方苦参注射液加化疗组(复方组)和化疗组,治疗两个周期后两组进行相关比较。结果复方苦参注射液加化疗组有效率为55.00%,化疗组有效率为50.00%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。复方苦参注射液加化疗组在治疗后临床症状改善率为75.00%,化疗组在治疗后改善率为55.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。复方苦参注射液加化疗组和化疗组患者治疗后生活质量提高与稳定率分别为90.00%和65.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。复方苦参注射液加化疗组的白细胞下降率为20.00%,化疗组为50.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方苦参注射液联合紫杉醇加阿霉素能够缓解中晚期乳腺癌患者临床症状,改善生活质量,减轻化疗药物的不良反应。Objective To investigate the clinical effect,untoword effect,clinical symptom improvement rate and quality of life improvement rate of combined compound Kusen with paclitaxel plus amycin in treatment of advanced mammary cancer.Methods 40 patients with advanced mammary cancer were divided into two groups.One group was treated with compound Kusan plus chemotherapy,and the other group was treated with chemotherapy only.Results The compound Kusan plus chemotherapy group response rate was 55.00%.The other group was 50.00%.There was no significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.The compound Kusan plus chemotherapy group clinical symptom improvement rate was 75.00%,The other group was 55.00%.There was significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.The compound Kusan plus chemotherapy group quality of life improvement rate was 90.00%,The other group was 65.00%.There was significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.The compound Kusan plus chemotherapy group leucocyte decrease rate was 20.00%,The other group was 50.00%.There was significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion Combined compound Kusen with paclitaxel plus amycin in the treatment of advanced mammary cancer can relieve the clinical symptom of patient,improve the quality of life,relieve the side effect of the chemotherapy.
