摘  要:曙光油田处于开发的中后期,高周期油井多。要提高超稠油、稠油注汽生产效果必须解决蒸汽冷凝水和稠油乳化、原油中的重质成分在岩石表面沉积、稠油降粘等问题。在注汽开采的中后期使用一定的化学处理剂,破坏稠油与水形成油包水乳状液,剥离岩石表面的油膜,降低地层流体的粘度,从而提高原油的流动性,增大油层渗透率,达到增加原油产量,提高回采水率的目的。高温反相破乳增效剂,是针对上述问题而研制的一种复合化学药剂。该药剂在现场应用效果明显,具有较大的推广使用价值。Now Shuguang oil field is in the middle and later period of oil field development. In order to improve ultra heavy oil and heavy oil steam injection production effect, some problems must be solved, such as emulsion of steam condensate water and heavy oil, deposition of heavy components on the rock surface, viscosity reduction of heavy oil and so on. In the middle and later period of steam injection exploitation, to use certain chemical treatment agent can break water-in-oil emulsion of heavy oil and water, strip oil film on the rock surface and reduce the formation fluid viscosity, so the flow ability of crude oil can be improved, permeability can be increased, oil production can be increased. In view of above problems, high temperature reverse demulsifying synergist has been developed. Field application effect of the medicament is obvious, so it has great popularization and use value.
