长春西汀治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足60例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察长春西汀治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足(VBI)的临床疗效及安全性。方法:120例VBI患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例。治疗组用长春西汀注射液20 mg加生理盐水250 ml静脉滴注,1次/天,共14 d;对照组用灯盏花素注射液40 mg加生理盐水250 ml静脉滴注,1次/天,共14 d。结果:治疗组总有效率93.33%,明显高于对照组70.00%(P<0.01)。2组患者治疗后血流动力学和血液流变学指标较治疗前均有明显改善(P<0.01),且治疗组均优于对照组(P<0.01),2组未见明显不良反应。结论:长春西汀治疗VBI疗效确切,值得临床推广。Objective：To investigate the effects and safety of vinpocetine on patients with vertebro-basilar insufficiency（VBI）. Methods：One hundred and twenty patients with VBI were randomly divided into the theatment group（60 cases） and the control group（60 cases）.The patients in theatment and control groups were injected with 20 mg of vinpocetine and 40 mg of Dengzhanhuasu everyday for 14 days,respectively. Results：The total effective rate of theatment group（93.33%） was obviously higher than that of the control group（70.00%,P〈0.01）.The index of hemorheology and hemodynamic of two groups were obviously improved after treatment（P〈0.01）,and which of the treatment group were better than that of the control group.There were no obvious adverse reations in two groups. Conclusions：The curative effects of vinpocetine on treating VBI are good,which it is worthy of being widely applied in clinic.
