摘　　要：目的:探讨婴幼儿复发鹅口疮患儿血红蛋白浓度(Hb)和淋巴细胞(L)临床意义。方法:取指尖静脉血,对复发鹅口疮患儿61例(患儿组),健康儿童61名(对照组)的血液经全自动血液分析仪检测Hb和L。结果:患儿组Hb低于对照组(P<0.05),LYMPH%高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:婴幼儿复发鹅口疮与机体营养状况和合并感染有关。Objective：To investigate the clinical significance of the hemoglobin concentration（Hb） and the lymphocyte percentage. Methods：The Hb and lymphocyte percentage of 61 infants with recurrence thrush and 61 normal infants were measured wiht automated hematology analyzer. Results：The Hb and lymphocyte percentage of infants with recurrence thrush were lower and higher than that of normal infants respectively（P〈0.05 and P〈0.01）. Conclusions：The infants with recurrence thrush are related to the nutritional status and complicated infection.
