高频泪道浚通术联合泪道置管治疗泪囊鼻腔吻合术后早期复发

摘　　要：目的观察高频泪道浚通术联合泪道置管治疗泪囊鼻腔吻合术后早期复发的疗效。方法对21例泪囊鼻腔吻合术后6个月以内复发者行高频泪道浚通术联合泪道置管术，术后随访6～12月。结果14例溢泪消失，占66．7％；5例流泪减轻，泪道冲洗基本通畅，占23．8％；2例无改善，占9．5％。结论高频泪道浚通术联合泪道置管治疗泪囊鼻腔吻合术后早期复发，手术创伤小，成功率高，取得了良好的疗效，是治疗泪囊鼻腔吻合术后早期复发的一种有效的方法。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of high - frequency electrolacryocystoplasty combined with intubation of lacrimal ducts in the treatment of early recurrent dacrycystitis after dacryocysto-rhinostomy （ less than six months after dacryocystorhinostomy）. Methods 21 eyes of 21 patients with recur-rent dacrycystitis after dacryocystorhinostomy less than six months, was treated by high-frequency electro-lacryocystoplasty combined with intubation of lacrimal ducts, and was followed up from 6 months to 1 year. Results 14 eyes （66.7%） were cured and 5 eyes （23.8%） were improved and 2 eyes （9.5 % ） recurred. The overall success rate was 90.5%. Conclusion High-frequency electrolacryocystoplasty combined with intubation of lacrimal ducts is an effective and simple treatment for early recurrent dacrycystitis after dacryo-cystorhinostomy with less wounds and high success rate.
