摘　　要：目的探讨分离性垂直偏斜（DVD）合并水平斜视的手术设计。方法回顾性分析手术治疗合并水平斜视的DVD23例。结果23例中14例行分期手术。5例余留斜度自行恢复，二期未手术。4例同期手术。合并外斜视10例（水平正位9例1例过矫10A，垂直眼位正位）。合并内斜视13例（水平正位12例1例欠矫10A垂直眼位12例正位1例欠矫8A）有代偿头位者消失。结论分期手术是DVD合并水平斜视的合理有效的治疗方式。Objective To investigate the surgical design of dissociated vertical divergence com-bined with horizontal strabismus. Methods The surgeries of dissociated vertical divergence combined with horizontal squint of 23 patients were reviewed retrospectively. Results 14 cases of 23 patients had underg- one stepwise surgery. The residual strabismus in 5 cases disappeared without secondary surgery. 4 cases re- covered after the first surgery. In the 10 cases combined with exotropia, 9 cases obtained normal horizontal eye position, 1 case was in 10 A of over correction, but all of them were normal in vertical eye-position; 13 cases were combined with esotropia （12 cases were normal in horizontal eye-position after surgery, 1 case was uncorrectted for 10 A, 12 cases were normal in vertical eye-position, but 1 case uncorrected for 8 A） ;The compensatory head posture disappeared. Conclusion The stepwise surgery is effective to treat dissociated vertical divergence combined with horizontal strabismus.
