摘　　要：目的探讨泪囊囊肿的治疗方法及其疗效。方法采用自制简易鼻泪管钻切刀，在切开泪囊后，顺行钻切鼻泪管狭窄或阻塞处并留置脑室引流管。术后随访观察2—24月。结果7例9眼采用该手术方法治疗，6眼痊愈（66．7％）；2眼好转（22．2％）；1眼无效（11．1％）。总有效率88．89％。结论泪囊切开顺行鼻泪管钻切置管术治疗泪囊囊肿有较好疗效。Objective To discuss the efficacy of treatment of lacrimal sac cyst. Methods After dacryocystotomy, drilling through the nasolacrimal duct and intubatton, the follow - up was 2 - 24 months. Results 7 cases （9 eyes） accepted this therapy, recovered in 6 eyes （66.7%）, improved in 2 eyes （22. 2% ） and reoccurred in 1 eye （ 11.1% ）. The total effective rate was 88.89%. Conclusions It is an effective method for lacrymal sac cyst with nasolacrimal duct drilling and intubation treatment after dacryocys-totomy.
