预防性激光虹膜切除术前后用IOL Master测量中央前房深度的临床分析

摘　　要：目的评价预防性激光虹膜切除术治疗早期原发性闭角型青光眼的疗效及IOL Master对中央前房深度的测量。方法应用IOL Master检测54例（54眼）早期原发性闭角型青光眼行预防性激光虹膜切除术前及术后24h、1周、3个月的中央前房深度变化情况，同时观察视力和眼压。结果所有病例治疗后中央前房深度都有不同程度加深，眼压有所下降。视力稳定。结论激光虹膜切除术是预防和治疗早期闭角型青光眼，保护视功能的一种有效手段。IOL Master在预防性激光虹膜切除术前后中央前房深度的测量分析应用有实际可操作性及客观科学性。Objective To analyze the change of anterior chamber depth before and after laser pe-ripheral iridectomy （LPI）. To evaluate the effect of prophylactic LPI in the treatment of early primary angle-closure glaucoma（PACG）. Methods 54 patients＇ （54 eyes） central anterior chamber depth of early PACG were detected by IOL Master before and after prophylactic LPI 24 hours, 1 week, 3 months after the operation. The visual acuity and intraocular pressure were observed. Results All patients＇ central anterior chamber depth deepened in different degrees after the treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The intraocular pressure de-creased （ P 〈 0.05 ） and the visual acuity stabilized （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusions LPI is an effective method in preventing and treating PACG. IOL Master is objective and scientific in measurement and analysis of central anterior chamber depth befor and after LPI.
