高度近视白内障表面麻醉下超声乳化手术

摘　　要：目的探讨高度近患者白内障表面麻醉下超声乳化人工晶状体植入术的安全性及疗效。方法对59例（71眼）高度近视合并白内障进行表面麻醉下超声乳化人工晶状体植入术，观察术中疼痛感、并发症及手术效果。结果61眼（85．92％）无疼痛、6眼（8．45％）有轻微胀痛、4眼（5．63％）感胀痛，1眼发生后囊破裂，无视网膜脱离发生。术后3个月视力0．3以上者占67．6％，0．5及以上者占36．6％。结论表面麻醉下高度近视行白内障超声乳化及人工晶状体植入术疗效可靠、并发症少。Objective To explore the efficacy of topical anesthesia in phacoemulsification and in- traoeular lens implantation for high myopia. Methods 59 cases （71 eyes ） of high myopia combined with cataract underwent phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation under topical anesthesia. Intraoper-ative complaints,surgical complications and clinical efficacy were observed. Results There were no pain in 61 eyes（85.92% ） ,slight pain in 6 eyes（8.45% ） and mild pain in 4 eyes（5.63% ）. Posterior capsular rupture occurred in one eye. No retinal detachment were found. The visual aeuities were at 〉 0.3 accounting for 67.6% and at 〉 0.5 accounting for 36.6% at 3 months after the operation . Conclusion Phaeoemulsi-fieation with intraocular lens implantation for high myopia under topic anesthesia is reliable and effective with less complications .
