乳腺癌64排CT表现与cerbB-2表达的关系

摘　　要：目的:探讨乳腺癌的cerbB-2蛋白表达与64排CT表现的关系。方法:对30例乳腺癌患者术前行乳腺64排CT扫描,分析其影像学表现,术后标本行免疫组化染色测定癌细胞的cerbB-2蛋白表达情况,并分析与相应病灶CT表现的关系。结果:乳腺癌的CT表现多为形态不规则或类圆形结节影,边缘有毛刺,边界模糊,部分病灶内可见坏死灶;毛刺状边缘与cerbB-2阳性表达呈正相关(r=0.497,P<0.05);内部坏死与CerbB-2阳性表达呈显著正相关(r=0.718,P<0.01);形态改变与癌细胞cerbB-2表达情况无相关性(r=0.343,P>0.05)。结论:乳腺癌CT征象与免疫组化标记物cerbB-2之间存在一定的相关性,对从影像角度评估乳腺癌的生物学行为和预后有一定的参考价值。Objective To investigate the correlativity between 64-slices CT features and the expression of cerbB-2 in breast cancer. Mothods CT scanning was performed on 30 patients with breast cancer before operation. CT morphological features of breast cancer were analyzed. CerbB-2 expression of the specimens of the patients with breast cancer after mastectomy were determined by immunohistochemistry. The relationship between the immunohistochemieal results and the CT morphological features was analyzed. Results Irregular shape, round nodule or spiculated margin, obscure margin and necrotic center were found more frequently on plain CT in patients with breast cancer. CerbB-2 positive expression was positively correlated with spiculated margin and obscure margin（r =0.497;P〈0.05）; CerbB-2 positive expression was positively correlated with necrotic center of breast cancer（r=0.718;P〈0.01）; but the expression of cerbB-2, was not significantly correlated with morphology of breast cancer（P〉0.05）. Conclusion There is correlation between CT morphological features and the expression of cerbB-2 of breast cancer to a certain degree. CT features can reflect the biologic behavior and prognosis of breast cancer, which can provide evidence for clinical treatment planning of breast cancer.
