摘　　要：探索应用型人才培养模式、构建科学有效的应用型人才培养教学体系是近年来高校教学改革的热点问题。文章探讨多元化应用型人才培养途径和教学体系构建思路,提出一种适用于独立学院旅游管理专业的多元化应用型人才培养模式,介绍成都信息工程学院银杏酒店管理学院教学改革的实践效果,为应用型人才培养模式的探索提供了新的思路。In recent years,exploring the training mode of application-based talents and constructing a scientific and effective application-based talents training teaching system have become a hot issue for teaching reform in colleges and universities.The paper discusses the versatile application-based talents training way and the construction thought of teaching system,then puts forward the versatile application-based talents training mode for tourism management major in independent college,thirdly,introduces the teaching reform practice of Yinxing Hospitality Management College of CUIT and finally provides a new training thought for exploring the application-based talents training mode.
