摘　　要：目的探讨异位妊娠大出血的腹腔镜手术治疗的临床疗效观察。方法选取2006年10月-2011年10月期间采用腹腔镜手术治疗的异位妊娠大出血患者61例作为观察组,以及选取同期采用传统开腹手术治疗异位妊娠大出血患者42例作为对照组。结果 2组患者均顺利完成手术,均得到临床治愈;但观察组在手术时间、术后肛门排气时间、下床活动时间及住院时间较之对照组短,发热率较之对照组低,伤口愈合不良例数较之对照组少,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用腹腔镜处理异位妊娠大出血时在具备一定条件的前提下让熟练掌握腹腔镜操作技巧医护人员以及麻醉科医生的全力配合下进行,腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠大出血疗效显著,具有创伤小、手术时间短、视野清晰、恢复快速且切口小而美观等优点,值得临床推广。Objective Inquire into difference the gestation greatly bleed of belly cavity mirror surgical operation treatment of clini- cal curative effect observation. Methods Select by examinations October, 2006-October, 2011 the period adopt a belly cavity mir- ror surgical operation treatment of different the gestation greatly bleed sufferer＇s 61 as an observation set, and select by examina- tions same period to adopt a tradition to open stomach surgical operation the treatment is different the gestation greatly bleed suf- ferer＇s 42 as a matched control.Results Two sets of sufferers all complete surgical operation smoothly and all get clinical cure of; But observation set in surgical operation time and after the Shu ass exhaust time, descend bed activity time and hospitalization to compare for time of the matched control is short, have fever to lead compare of the matched control is low, the wound heals bad number compare of the matched control is little, the difference all has statistics to learn meaning.（P〈0.05）.Conclusion At applied belly cavity mirror processing difference gestation greatly bleed let to control masterly while having the premise under certain con- dition with all strength matching with of the belly cavity mirror operation technique medical personnel and anaesthesia doctor Ke under carry on, the belly cavity mirror surgical operation treatment difference the gestation greatly bleed curative effect to show Zhao and have wound small, surgical operation time is short, clear visual field, instauration rapid and slice a people small but beauty etc. advantage, worth clinical expansion.
