摘  要:闸片结构直接影响制动盘的温度场分布,而制动盘表面的温度场分布是影响制动盘使用寿命的重要因素。基于摩擦块空间分布特征与制动盘温度场的关系,探讨了制动闸片的表征方法,通过引入径向结构因子和周向结构因子两个概念,表征了摩擦块在径向和周向上的排布对制动盘温度场的影响程度,并利用有限元软件模拟验证了径向结构因子和周向结构因子与制动盘温度场的关系。结果表明,径向结构因子反映了摩擦功率沿盘径向的分布规律;周向结构因子反映出摩擦功率在制动盘周向的分布规律,通过这两个参数,较客观地描述了闸片的结构特点,并可用于评价制动闸片对制动盘热应力分布的影响程度。The structure of the brake pad directly affect the temperature distribution of the brake disc the surface temperature distribution is an important factor affecting the life of the brake disc.A novel method for characterizing the pad structure is put forward by taking into account of the relationship between the temperature field and the spatial arrangement of friction blocks.Two conceptually new parameters,i.e.,Radial Structure Factor(RSF) and Circumferential Structure Factor(CSF) are used to quantitatively describe the spatial temperature distribution in a brake disk under various combinations of friction blocks.Numerical analysis of the temperature field defined by RSF and CSF is carried out using a Finite Element Method program.The result shows that RSF and CSF describe well the friction power distribution in both the disc radial and the disc circumferential directions and therefore the features of heat generation in the three dimensional space.These two factors can also describe considerably well the structural characteristics of the pad and can be used to evaluate the influence of the pad structure on the thermal stress distribution in a brake disc.
